Return & Refund Policy

Since your products are personalized and keepsake-based, this policy is strict.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product is delivered

📸 Proof (photos/videos) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/engraved boxes
  • Used or opened items
  • Change of mind

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

4. Replacement

  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost for valid cases
