By using the Araliya Moments website (araliyamoments.com) and placing orders, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products

All Araliya Moments products are handcrafted keepsake items. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in colour, wood grain, texture, and finish may occur between individual pieces. These variations are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately on the website. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

2. Personalisation

For personalised products (engraved names, custom text, etc.), the customer is responsible for confirming that all details — including spelling, dates, and special characters — are accurate before the order is placed or confirmed via WhatsApp/email.

Once personalisation has been confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible. Araliya Moments is not liable for errors in personalisation that result from incorrect details provided by the customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

We accept payments via UPI and other online payment methods available at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — this is a deliberate choice to maintain the premium, gift-ready experience our customers expect.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Non-personalised orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched
  • Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, photography, text, logos, and brand elements — is the property of Araliya Moments and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Araliya Moments is not liable for:

  • Minor variations in handcrafted products (as described in Section 1)
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Misuse or improper handling of products after delivery
  • Personalisation errors resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
